Fiji to Finland 1915

I collect Russian Censorship in Finland 1914 to 1918, and have found this cover traveling from Fiji to Finland in 1915/1916 for my collection. My assumption is that the cover travelled in a bag from Fiji to UK as there are no transit postmarks, but a one line PASSED BY CENSOR (size 7 x 71mm), and that the censormark is British, could someone confirm this?
On front;
Postmark on stamps P. O. Lautoka 9 NOV 15 (second largest city on Fiji)
Cover is trimmed ca 5mm on left side, cutting of 'via' in front of USA
Destination Helsinki Finland
On back:
Postmark: P. O. SUVA 13 NOV 15 (capital of Fiji)
One line censor mark: PASSED BY CENSOR (from UK?)
Postmarks: Helsinki 16.I.16 11e and Helsinki 17.I.16 7e
Helsinki censor stamp 10, mark 34, partly under censor tape no 1 (Russian censorship in Finland)
