A place to discuss censored mail from World War II

Sweden to Denmark and maybe to German Reich

Unfortunately the three items are windowed envelopes, typical of commercial mail.
I would be glad to know more about the Censorship applied on Swedish (neutral country!) outgoing mail to German homeland or occupied territories.
The third is surely to Praha (Agrární Banka), in 1940 Bohemia and Moravia Protectorate but this one was not censored.

Hello,

The basic work for WWII German censorship is Landsmann, H.: Die Zensur von Zivilpost in Deutschland im 2. Weltkrieg (2008). The makrings on your 1942 cover will be found there.

The 1945 cover with Danish censor was sent after the German occupation, so it is not in Landsmann. It is, however, listed in Wolter, Die Postzensur, vol. 2. I am not aware of a stand-alone catalogue of Danish censorship markings, which is not to say that one does not exist.
