Special postmark on letter from El Salvador to UK?

Hello Specialists!

on the following letter from El Salvador to Liverpool in 1944 there are two blueish postmarks: the round one seems normal. but the rectangular one, is this something special?

Hi,

El Salvador postmarks are not my area, but have seen a lot in passing while looking at US censored covers over the years.

The boxed marking appears to be the slogan part one of many types of El Salvador slogan postmarks. Another example can be seen at
