Russian Postal Censorship in Finland 1914-1918

Latest addition to my exhibit attached here - a PC from 1914 with a coded message, which was not allowed. This is the only reported item from Wyborg censor office marked with a Ban Mark reading "НЕ ПРОПУЩЕНО" ("Not Allowed").
