DEI WWII Stamples cover

Has anyone come across a similar item? We know of the stampless period of Malaya post 15ht Auguest 1945, But was there one in Dutch East Indies ? The censor resealing label and mark are of Madras as they should be.

Hello Viswakumar. To my eyes there appears to be a slightly lighter stamp-sized rectangle in the front upper right corner, so perhaps the stamp was removed.
