With reference to handstamp type H2C(P) Morenweiser and Burrows (2020) list six censor numbers used with a date range of 19 June 1940 to 27 November 1940.
I have recently acquired a postcard sent from Wolverhampton to Porto, Portugal which is postmarked 28 December 1940 and with censor handstamp H2C(P)/59 (see attached scan).
Censor number 59 is not one of the six listed by M & B and the postmark date extends the usage range by a month.
Presumably this card was sent by surface mail although the overseas postcard rate in December 1940 was 2d not 2 1/2d:
